Terms of Service

1. Purpose of the Platform

The digital platform ihub aims to streamline interactions between project founders, business owners, and regulated legal and accounting professionals (corporate jurists, partner lawyers, chartered accountants).

2. Account Creation & Access

Client accounts are not open for self-service subscription without prior agreement. They are initialized and validated by ihub's administrative team following service agreement signing and identity verification.

3. Processing Times & Liabilities

ihub deploys all reasonable means to observe indicated turnaround times (notably 48h to 72h for company formations). The company shall not be held liable for delays caused by state administrative platforms (CRI, OMPIC, court registries).

4. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent commercial court in Morocco.
