As part of carrying out company formation, domiciliation, statutory modifications, and accounting procedures, the ihub platform collects personal data (full name, phone number, email, national ID/passport documents, articles of association, and administrative deeds).

2. Purpose of Processing

Collected data is processed electronically for the following purposes:

  • Preparation and submission of legal filings to the Regional Investment Center (CRI), the Commercial Court Registry, and the General Tax Directorate (DGI).
  • Secure management and transmission of accounting documents and tax filings.
  • Communication regarding the progress status of files in the client portal.

3. Security & Hosting

All uploaded files and data are protected with SSL/TLS encryption and stored on secure servers. Identity proofs and confidential documents are compressed and restricted to accredited staff and sworn legal practitioners.

4. Your Rights: Rectification & Right to Erasure

In accordance with legal provisions, every user has the right to access, information, rectification, and objection. Users have a direct permanent data deletion button in their ihub client portal, or can send a written request to: [email protected].
